Making an Appointment

The high demand for appointments means you can’t always get in right away. However we do allocate times specifically for new patients within a 2-3 week timeframe.

Emergency and urgent care appointment slots are planned daily and we will always do our best to fit these into our day. After-hours emergency contact details are available on our answering service.

Due to our constantly-evolving schedule, it is difficult for us to make or change appointments via email or SMS due to the delay in response.  Always phone to speak to our staff or leave a message.

We do however make an email exception for our many valued international and interstate clients in different time zones. If you are planning a trip back to Perth, please allow 1-2 months advance booking and we will always do our best to accommodate you.

As we spend most of our working day away from the computer, email queries may take a few days for a response, so always phone if you have an urgent query.

Where to Find Us & Parking

Our modern facility is located in the heart of the Rokeby Road shopping precinct, close to the Subiaco Post Office.

Parking is available at the rear of the surgery in the Council carpark adjacent to Coles and Farmer Jacks (enter from Barker Rd or Bagot Rd through Crossways Shopping Centre). Other nearby parking is available at one of the many council carparks – obtain a ticket to get the first hour free, but bring some change if you wish to stay longer.
